FATS

Fat is very important element of energy directly benefiting their objects or save for times of need note that sucking cream is not only converted to acids in the intestinal octanol. If the amount of fatty substances from the body can then accumulate rather than combustion and in different places, the most important tissues of the body lubricants may accumulate in vascular linings. It should be noted here harmful and damaging when dealing with many of them.


What are the sources of fat?

1. Animal fats: meat, milk, butter, eggs, and coppersmith

2. Vegetable fats: olive, corn, cotton, and sesame.

What are the types of fats?

There are three type of fats which are chemical, composition and namely. The fats divide to two kinds of fat, which are simple and compound fat.

Fats are important substance for our body but if you exceed from eating them this may hurt you health so you have to eat the amount you need...
